Andy's Seasoning Products

Andy’s Seasoning, Inc. is based in St. Louis, Missouri and sells a line of seasonings, breading and batter products. All Andy's Seasoning recipes originated in the home kitchen of the CEO, Mrs. Reuben “Andy” Anderson, who co-founded the company with her husband in 1981. She perfected the dishes that amazed her family and friends back then, and which still provide the foundation of her family business today.

Everyone knows that any cook worth their salt wouldn't dream of serving up sub-par seasoned food. When Mrs. Anderson was serving the food seasoned with her recipe of spices to her friends and relatives, her good name and reputation were on the line. That’s why the products that are manufactured at Andy’s Seasoning still get the full attention of the CEO and why they are so good to eat!

Andy's Seasoning has a variety of products that accommodate fish, chicken and veggie frying. For example, there are two cornmeal-based Andy's Seasoning fish-focused products: The Yellow Fish Breading is cornmeal enhanced with a special blend of spices. The Red Fish Breading features Hungarian paprika in addition to a special blend of spices. Cooks know that paprika gives food, especially fish, that little something extra.

There is a variety of Chicken Breadings as well. They are all cornmeal based, with Mrs. Anderson’s special blend of spices. There is also Cajun and Hot “n” Spicy versions. For cooks who want to explore other textures and tastes we offer Andy's Seasoning Vegetable Breading and a Tempura Batter for fish.

Andy's Seasoning breadings are extremely versatile. They are used for fried foods, but they can also be used as a seasoning and coating for foods that are baked or broiled. As a matter of fact, baking or broiling your foods will help the seasonings to taste more true to the original recipes. That’s because the oil used in frying your foods with Andy's Seasoning products may rinse some of the breading off. On the other hand, when food is baked or broiled, the breading clings to the food more completely and therefore releases the full impact of its taste.

Andy’s Seasoning also offers Low Sodium and No MSG versions of their breading mixtures for those who are concerned with their sodium intake. Just because a person needs to cut down on salt doesn't mean that they should cut down on taste! Andy's Seasoning products are a delight and are all-inclusive: no need to add anything more to these breadings, as they are formulated to be ideal, as is.

Andy's Seasoning products are sold in grocery stores nationwide. Mrs. Anderson wants every home in the United States to experience the seasoning recipes that bring her a lot of joy to create and sell. If your grocery store doesn't have this product, ask you store manager to order it. Or contact Andy’s Seasoning directly to find your nearest retail location.
