Quick Fiery Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Andy's Yellow Fish Breading
1 cup Andy's Hot 'n' Spicy Chicken Breading
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix together.
  2. Pour into greased 9" pie pan (8 x 8 can be used).
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Makes 6-8 servings.

Mrs. Anderson’s Quick Fiery Cornbread recipe is made with two types of Andy's Seasoning breadings.
