Fried Turkey
Ingredients
1 – 10 lb. turkey
1 cup Andy’s Red Fish Breading
1 cup Andy’s Mild Chicken
Directions
Wash, drain and dry turkey
Mix fish and chicken breadings together in plastic bag or bowl.
(Bread Turkey) apply breading to turkey, make sure mixed breading is applied on all outside parts of the turkey.
Deep fry turkey at 360 degrees in large fryer or large kettle. (use caution frying turkey) Fry for 40 minutes.
Remove turkey, drain and check internal temperature has reached 160 degrees.
CAUTION: Use extreme caution when cooking with hot oil and when adding and removing turkey from hot oil to avoid the chance of severe burns!!!!!
