Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
• 2–3 lbs. chicken parts (wings, drumsticks, thighs)
• 1 cup Andy’s Mild Chicken Breading
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• Hot sauce (optional)
• Vegetable oil or preferred frying oil


Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken pieces and drain excess water.
2. In a bowl, mix eggs and milk.
3. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with Andy’s
Mild Chicken Breading in a plastic bag or container.
4. Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or large pot.
5. Add chicken to the hot oil in small batches, frying each piece for
9–12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
(Always exercise extreme caution when handling hot oil).
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Add hot sauce if
desired before serving.
