Andy's Meatloaf

Ingredients

3-5 pounds of ground beef (your choice ground chuck, ground round, or 73% ground beef)

2 eggs

¾ cup of Andy’s red fish breading

Half onion, chopped (diced to your preference)

Half Bell Pepper chopped (diced to your preference)

Tsp Olive Oil

 

Directions

Turn oven on to 350 degrees

Mix meat, eggs, Andy’s Fish Breading, onions, and bell pepper in large bowl

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients dispersed

Place meat in baking dish

Form meatloaf by hand

Pour olive oil over top of roast

Once oven is at temperature place meatloaf in oven

Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until center of meatloaf is at 165 degrees

Once cooked take from oven and set on stove top and cover

Let stand for 20 minutes, and then serve.
