
Batter Fried Fish
Ingredients:
• 2–5 lbs. fish fillets (choose your preferred type)
• 1 package of Andy’s Golden Fish Batter
• Vegetable oil or preferred frying oil
Instructions:
1. Mix Andy’s Golden Fish Batter as directed on the package,
ensuring a thorough and even consistency.
2. Rinse and drain fish fillets.
3. Preheat oil to 350°F, using a deep fryer or filling a skillet with
1.5–2 inches of oil.
4. Coat fish fillets in the batter.
5. Carefully place battered fish in the hot oil. Fry for 3–5 minutes,
depending on the size of the fillets. Avoid overcrowding the pan
or fryer to maintain oil temperature. (Always exercise extreme
caution when handling hot oil).
6. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
