
Batter Fried Shrimp
Ingredients:
• 3-5 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 package Andy’s Seafood Tempura Batter
• Vegetable oil or preferred frying oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare Andy’s Seafood Tempura Batter according to
package instructions.
2. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to the temperature
recommended on the batter package.
3. Coat each shrimp in the tempura batter.
4. Carefully add the battered shrimp to the hot oil. Fry until
golden and crispy, typically 3–5 minutes. (Always exercise
extreme caution when handling hot oil).
5. Remove the shrimp from the oil and drain on paper towels.
