Crispy Cajun Filets
Ingredients
10 oz. Andy’s Cajun Fish Breading
3 lbs. Fresh fish of your choice
Vegetable oil or oil of your choice for frying
Directions
Wash fish and gently pat dry, leave fish moist
In frying pan, heat about ½ inch of oil to 375 degrees.
Pour Andy’s Cajun Breading into a bag or deep dish pan to bread fish. Shake or coat fish until all sides of fish is covered. Let stand in breading for 5 minutes.
Gently place fish in hot oil, a few pieces at a time (caution: Do not overload fryer).
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the size of pieces of fish.
Once cooked take fish from fryer or frying pan and place on paper towels to absorb grease.
