
Fried Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
• 2–3 lbs. chicken breast, cut into strips
• 1 cup Andy’s Hot N Spicy or Mild Chicken Breading
• Hot sauce (optional)
• Vegetable oil or preferred frying oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken strips and drain excess water.
2. Place Andy’s Breading in a plastic bag or container. Add chicken
strips and shake to coat thoroughly.
3. Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or large pot.
4. Fry chicken strips in small batches for 3–5 minutes until the
internal temperature reaches 165°F. (Always exercise extreme cau-
tion when handling hot oil).
5. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and add hot sauce if
desired before serving.
