
Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
• 1–2 pounds of salmon fillet, cut into ½-inch pieces
• Andy’s Golden Fish Breading
(use the recommended amount as per package instructions)
Instructions:
1. Prepare salmon by cutting it into ½-inch bite-sized pieces.
Ensure the pieces are roughly the same size for even cooking.
2. Following the directions on the back of the Andy’s Golden Fish
Breading package, coat each salmon piece thoroughly.
3. Preheat your cooking oil according to the breading package
instructions or to your preferred cooking method
(deep-frying or pan-frying).
4. Carefully add the breaded salmon bites to the hot oil,
frying until they’re golden and crispy, typically for about
3 minutes for 10 pieces. (Always exercise extreme caution
when handling hot oil).
5. Remove the bites and place them on a paper towel-lined
plate to drain any excess oil.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside
a fresh salad for a delicious, crispy treat
