"All the heat, none of the oil. Oven-baked wings with a serious kick."

For a lighter take on the heavy hitter. By roasting the wings with our breading, the spices caramelize onto the skin, creating a deep, complex heat profile that you just can't get from a fryer. It's the maximum flavor payload with a cleaner, roasted finish.
Use a wire rack on your baking sheet to let air circulate around the wings for maximum crispiness.

Baking locks in flavor, but if you want to lock in some serious heat, try this recipe with our **Flaming Hot Chicken Breading**. It's not for the faint of heart!
Take the Challenge
Wash chicken wings in cool water.
Drain excess water let sit 5 minutes to drain excess water.
Use 1 cup of Andys Hot Chicken Breading add to plastic bag or Tupperware.
Add 3 to 4 wings at a time, shake to cover chicken wings with Andys breading.
Allow to sit in breading for a few minutes.
Bring oven to 365 degrees.
Place wings on baking sheet, place in pre-heated oven cook for 30-45 minutes or until done.
Check wing temperature internally. The internal temp has to be at 160 degrees.
Once cooked, take wings out of oven and place on stovetop.
Serve when ready.
