"Bite-sized heat that packs a punch. Great for appetizers."

Born in the bayou, perfect for your table. We’ve balanced the heat of authentic Cajun spices with the savory crunch of cornmeal. It provides a slow, building warmth that enhances the fish rather than overpowering it. Great for appetizers or a main course that demands attention.
Don't be afraid of the heat; the cornmeal balances the spice perfectly.
