"A majestic centerpiece seasoned to perfection. Tender, juicy, and full of bold flavor."

The king of roasts deserves the king of seasonings. Our seasoned salt isn't just a surface treatment; by injecting the marinade deep into the meat, we ensure that every single slice—from the crispy Bark to the rosy center—is exploding with bold, savory flavor. It’s restaurant-quality richness, right at home.
The resting period after cooking is crucial. It allows the juices to redistribute, keeping your roast moist.

Moisten surface of roast with olive oil or oil of your choice.
Mix 2 tablespoons of Andy’s Seasoned Salt with 1 cup water and ½ cup olive oil or oil of your choice.
Fill the Syringe with liquid mixture and inject meat at each end and 4 separate places on top of the roast. Refilling the syringe is necessary for each site to be injected.
Apply 1 tablespoon of Andy’s Seasoning Salt to the outside of the roast spreading across entire roast.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. (You can cook without refrigerating, but the additional time allows seasoning to disperse into meat).
Remove from refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook at 390 degrees for 7 minutes for each pound, (example 5-pound roast will take 35 minutes at 390 degrees).
Once the cook time has completed, turn off oven and allow roast to sit in the oven for 2 hours to slowly cook.
Remove from oven, slice and serve when ready. (Cover roast with foil if you need time to prepare the remainder of your side dishes).
